Hi,

We instil female students with self-confidence and positive attitude. We help them develop their leadership skills to fulfil their potential to succeed in their careers and personal lives.

"Restart" is a personal development program dedicated to supporting female students throughout their academic journeys and in their early professional careers, with the aim of empowering them to live with confidence, clarity, and awareness.

Are you a young woman who wants to engage in personal development? If the answer is yes,

then our mentoring programme is the perfect choice for you! You will work with a dedicated mentor, who will support you during your studies and your early career.

Why mentoring?

Mentoring empowers young women by supporting their professional development. It helps them think critically and imaginatively about their future, gain clarity about their career aspirations, build self-awareness and develop leadership potential. Mentors guide young women through their challenges and help them access opportunities, and build their mental resilience so they tackle obstacles with confidence and courage.

What is a mentor?

A mentor is someone who takes interest in your personal development and shares their
skills, knowledge, and expertise to support you in your efforts to develop the academic and
life skills you need to succeed. You can learn from them and better manage your own situation.

A mentor serves as a sounding board: they challenge your assumptions, share their
experiences, and encourage new ways of thinking. They inspire and motivate, encourage reflective thinking, support in a non-judgmental way, and help you learn new skills. They provide a safe and welcoming environment to discuss issues you may be uncomfortable discussing with others.

Benefits of having a mentor

Mentoring is powerful in helping young people navigate uncertainty and change – whether that be a period of transition, change associated with studying in a different city or country, adjusting to a new culture and customs, or a new social environment.

Mentors can guide how you handle challenging relationships and develop your capacity to solve problems. They encourage reflection, which can help you make better decisions faster.

Mentoring delivers outstanding results. Students who have mentors often perform better at their jobs, have higher salaries, progress faster in their careers and land promotions quicker.

Mentors can help in the following areas

Collaborate to solve problems

A mentor will collaborate with you on your personal development, or your academic or career goals. Together, you will brainstorm ideas and the potential outcomes you hope to achieve. The goal setting, decisions about the best solutions and implementing them is in your hands. You decide what and how you want to achieve your goals. The role of the mentor is to empower you to learn and grow in a positive direction.

What you can expect from the Mentoring Programme:
